Mary Ellen BLABER¹⁴² was born in December 1855 in Norwich, Norfolk, England.^142,310,311 She lived at Wellington Lane in Norwich, Norfolk, England in 1861.³¹² At the 1861 census, Mary was living with her Aunt Mary Ann Stebbings. She lived at 19 Upper Bryanston Street in St Marylebone, London, England in 1871.³¹³ In 1871 Mary was living with her uncle and aunt, Esau and Mary Stebbings. Mary lived at the Smallpox Hospital in Homerton, London, England in 1881.¹²³ In the 1881 census Mary is listed as Ellen Todd. There is no trace of her in the 1891 or 1901 census, so it is possible that she did not survive the smallpox. We have not yet been able to trace her date of death.

On 1 April 1877 Charles was a Packer.^139,150 He lived at 135 Graham Road in 1881.³¹⁶ He was listed as "visiting". This was the home of his sister. He lived at 15 Pelham Crest in Hastings, East Sussex, England in 1901.¹²³ He had moved in with his brother, Griffith Todd.
