Philip Stephen BLABER was born on 11 November 1935 in Southlands Hospital, Old Shoreham Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, England.^2615,3798 He lived at 102 Wordsworth Street in Hove, East Sussex, England in 1939.¹³⁹⁶ He served in the Royal Air Force for his National Service.²⁶¹⁵ Philip went on to be a Radar Operator and then rose up the ranks.
Philip died of Cancer on 30 August 2020 at the age of 84 at home.²⁶¹⁵
