Algernon Henry BLABER¹⁶⁶ was born in 1874 in St James, Westminster, London, England.^{504,505,506,507} He lived at 24 Ryder Street in St James, Westminster, London, England in 1881.²⁷² He served in South Africa in the Army in 1899–1902.⁵⁰⁸ It is possible that Algernon was the A H BLABER who was a Private (Number 3379) in the Cape Mounted Rifles Regiment. We have no further details. In 1911 Algernon was a Foreman at a Mineral Water Company.⁵⁰⁹ He lived at 39 Romilly Road in Finsbury Park, London, England in 1911.⁵⁰⁹ At the 1911 Census Algernon was boarding at the home of Harriette UFFENDEL (widow 59). In 1911 he was an Agent.⁵¹⁰ Algernon lived at 19 St Paul's Road in Islington, London, England in 1911.⁵¹⁰ He died in 1935 at the age of 61 in Kensington, London, England.⁵¹¹
