Robert George Henry James BLABER¹⁴⁹ was born on 16 December 1896 in Harwich, Essex, England.^{359,607,608,609,610,611,612} He lived at 1 Commercial Road in Plymouth, Devon, England in 1901.³⁵⁷ He was educated from 1 February 1907 at Royal Military Asylum (i.e., School) in Chelsea Barracks, London, England.⁶¹¹ Robert lived at school at The Duke of York's School in Guston, Near Dover, Kent, England in 1911.⁶¹³ Robert was a boarding pupil. He served in the Army in 1919.^614,615 His Army Number was 126971. He was mentioned in The London Gazette issue of 7th July 1919. He was an Acting Corporal in 240th Light Railway Forward Company.
He was mentioned in the London Gazette: "After Open Competition. War Office: Ex-soldier Clerk, Grade B" on 9 April 1937.⁶¹⁴ In 1939 Robert was a Civil Servant.⁶¹² He died in April 1988 at the age of 91 in Chatham, Kent, England.⁶⁰⁹
