Until September 1949 he was a Policeman in Malaya.⁵⁶⁴ He immigrated on 6 September 1949 from Malaya.⁵⁶⁴ Cyril and Dorothy were returning from Malaya via Singapore to London on board the P&O SS Carthage. They travelled 1st Class.
Mac died of Peritonitis in 1983 at the age of 76 in Worthing, West Sussex, England.^428,567
