Jesse BLABER1,2,4,39 was born in 1796 in Lewes, East Sussex, England.50,51 He was christened on 1 May 1796 in St John the Baptist's Church, Southover, Lewes, East Sussex, England.17 He lived at brother Joseph's home in Chichester, West Sussex, England on 20 October 1815.31 Between 1827 and 1851 Jesse was a Stonecutter journeyman.52 He lived at Priory Street in Southover, Lewes, East Sussex, England on 7 June 1841.48 He lived at Mount Street in Southover, Lewes, East Sussex, England on 30 March 1851.52 Jesse died between 1855 and 1856 at the age of 59.31

Jesse BLABER and Mary Ann BROWN1,2,53 were married on 18 September 1826 in St Michael's Church, Lewes, East Sussex, England.54,55 BVRI marriage records have her name as Ann Brown. Mary Ann BROWN1,4,34,56, daughter of William BROWN and Sarah , was born about 1805.48,57 Aged 35 in 1841 census. She lived at Priory Street in Southover, Lewes, East Sussex, England on 7 June 1841.48 She died in childbirth on 20 January 1843 at the age of 38 in Southover, Lewes, East Sussex, England.57 Present at her death was Sarah BROWN. To date, we have not found details of the birth of a baby. Possibly still-born? There were two deaths during this time: Martha and William BLABER. Perhaps one of these was the baby? Mary was buried on 29 January 1843 in St John the Baptist's Church, Southover, Lewes, East Sussex, England.24

She died in 1872 at the age of 45 in Kensington, London, England.66
