Robert served as a Secret Agent from 1922 to 1925. He lived at home in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada from 1922.³⁷⁶ From 1928 to 1932 he was an Alberta Provincial Policeman in Alberta, Canada.⁶²⁹ From 1932 to 31 October 1946 Robert was a Royal Canadian Mounted Policeman.⁶²⁹ He emigrated in 1951 to USA.³⁷⁶ In 1951 he was a Security Guard in the British Embassy in USA.³⁷⁶ Robert died on 11 January 1971 at the age of 68 in Maryland, USA.^376,629 He died in hospital.
